Which is the best TV series?

I think the best TV series is "The Vampire Diaries".
The whole action takes place in the small town of Mystic Falls.
It tells about the life of teenagers, students and about friendships and love. There are also many elements of magic and horror.
I recommend this series to those who are patient and who like the thrill.
